Buddy Delozier offers over forty years of expertise, beginning in the early 1980s, and has designed and constructed more than 250 custom homes across Hilton Head Island and the Greater Greenville area in South Carolina. His credentials include a master certification in project management from Boston College, a degree from Georgia Southern University, and numerous industry honors-among them, two Pinnacle Awards from the South Carolina Home Builders Association. A licensed real estate professional since 2010, Buddy's technical acumen as a LEED Accredited Professional, HERS Rater, BPI Green Building certified expert, and ASHI certified home inspector of 10 yrs complements his client-first approach. He has also held leadership roles, including vice president of the Home Builders Association of Greenville, and is affiliated with Bonita Springs-Estero REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, and several home builders' associations.
Gina Delozier's professional journey began in hospitality, earning a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism management from the University of South Carolina. With experience as a Certified Food and Beverage Executive, she transitioned into operations and accounting before founding Authentic Custom Homes with Buddy in 2003. Gina managed design, accounting, and interior merchandising, earning best-in-class awards from Greenville HBA and SC HBA. Her transition into real estate was a natural extension of her customer-centric philosophy. A licensed REALTOR® in Arizona and Florida, Gina holds designations such as Certified Buyer Agent Expert (CBAE) and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), is a graduate of the Ninja Selling program, and is a member of several professional organizations, including the National Association of REALTORS®.

Their commitment to community is reflected in board service with Emmanuel's Hammer, a non-profit organization focused on rebuilding homes for those in need. The Deloziers cherish family time with their four grown children, four grandchildren, and two beloved spaniels, Bo and Bella.
